South Beach Diet Phase Two Meal Plan Week Two

Turkey Chili

We had a great time celebrating Jeremy’s birthday over the weekend. We visited Fort Worth, Texas where my sister lives. We took a tour of Cowboy Stadium and also attended a rodeo like true Texans. Like any good foodie I dropped the dieting and ate myself till I was physically sick. It was, of course, worth the tummy ache. I enjoyed such delights as: Fried Bacon Wrapped Deviled Eggs at the Cowtown Diner, Bacon Blue Cheese Burger at Dutch’s which is served on a sweet bun, pecan pie at H3, and the world’s best salad at Cattleman’s.

In an attempt to recover from our binge eating we are hitting the South Beach Diet hard this week. I’m trying a couple of new things this week. I am also taking on Mac and Cheese to see how good I can get it for SBD. Be sure to check back frequently to see which recipes I am able to post for you. Enjoy!

This is a South Beach Diet Phase 2 meal plan. Many of the recipes are phase one, but the week in total is phase two. Let me know how it goes for you!
